Lauren Elkin
Lauren Elkin is a Paris-based critic and novelist; her essays on books and culture have appeared in many publications, including The Times Literary Supplement, The Guardian, Bookforum, The New Inquiry, The Daily Beast, and n+1 (forthcoming). She is a contributing editor at The White Review. Her novel Une Année à Venise (Editions Héloïse d’Ormesson) was published in spring 2012. She also works as a translator, notably for Boulevard Magenta, Princeton University Press, the Irish Museum of Modern Art, and various art galleries in Paris.
