Nadim Anjum Bakhshov

Over a period of 35 years, Nadim Bakhshov has developed a symbolic-semiotic language of philosophical art that informs a shift to ‘metaphysics as a form of fantastic art’ (Borges). Through the flesh of fiction and art he is using this language as a skeletal structure to design a fictional cosmos. Alongside this abstract art work he has developed a number of distinct heteronyms (after Pessoa) who form a complex tapestry of lives and ideas, each of whom is responsible for part of the development of this symbolic-semiotic art. Some of the heteronyms include: Kurt César, the founder of the imaginary art movement. Ultraconceptualism; Freddy Faust, film maker; Karl F Tullah - presenter of The Karl F Tullah Show and Ben Aflatun - Islamic scholar; Detective Yu Tsun - ancestor of the chinese sage Ts’ui Pen; Dr Alain Bokharov - the Russian neo-Cosmist thinker and Dr Saya Rose - project lead in the Arizona Project. Alongside this he has developed the ideas of another heteronym, R Adolfo César, founder of The Xenosofical Society around the distinction of the Ursein and the human Dasein. His current book is being co-written by Karl F Tullah, transcribing interviews, including one with Lord Peter Lato, Director of the Borges Library about past figures who have encountered the Ursein and have recorded a fragment of this symbolic-semiotic language.

John Thoreau and George R Wells were two early heteronyms that came into partial focus in ‘Against Capitalist Education’
