Dominic Fox is a writer, poet and musician working in London as a software engineer. Widely active in the online cultural theory scene, he is best known for his weblog, "Poetix", which presents and eclectic mixture of philosophy, cultural criticism and modernist poetry. He has written for The Wire magazine, and his poetry has appeared in various small journals including the literary arts e-zine "Masthead". He grew up in Ross-on-Wye, was educated at Lincoln College, Oxford, and now lives in London. He performs and records shoegazing folk-rock as "w/trem", and blackened experimental metal as "Spiral Jacobs".
